"Everyone we work with at Howdy has this attitude of being interested in us and our success. They're truly partners; it feels like we're all in this together."

The full recruitment cycle typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. After an initial conversation to define the role, Howdy provides vetted candidates for your review, schedules interviews, confirms salary and start date, and runs a quick onboarding call. You can begin reviewing candidates within 24 hours of first contact. There are no upfront fees at any stage.
Fewer than 5% of candidates who enter Howdy's pipeline make it through to placement. Howdy's recruiters are trained psychologists who use structured evaluation frameworks and AI-assisted tools to assess technical ability, communication skills, and cultural fit. The full vetting process includes deep background checks, knowledge assessments, role-specific skills evaluation, English proficiency testing, and cultural fit appraisal.
Fewer than 5% of candidates make it through Howdy's vetting process each year. The 98% retention rate across 12,500+ placements is what that bar produces.
Over 98% of Howdy professionals stay with their partners through the first two years of employment. Retention is driven by our vetting process, dedicated performance coaches, physical office infrastructure, and ongoing community programming. All of it is included in our service fee.
Howdy places professionals on a full-time basis with no end date. The model is designed for companies building long-term teams, not project-based or contract engagements. There are no minimum commitments or long-term contracts required on your end.
Your Howdy hires are hired as full-time staff with no contract terms and no end date. Howdy professionals join your team the same way a domestic hire would. We support integration through physical office infrastructure, in-person events, English-language programs, and community events. The goal is a unified team.
Recruiting is the starting point. Once a professional is placed, your team gets access to Class-A office space across Howdy's LatAm Howdy Houses, high-tech equipment, benefits administration, performance coaching from coaches with 10+ years of engineering management experience, English language programs, AI training, and ongoing community events like happy hours, weekly lunches, and workshops. These are included in our service fee.
